Exchanging & Returning Items
We are happy to exchange your harness if it doesn’t fit, please contact us before returning your harness.
To assist you in finding the best possible fit with your Perfect Fit harness we have a video to help you fit and adjust your harness.

We do not charge additional postage/shipping to make an exchange, but we do require you cover the cost of returning the items to us. You are responsible for the risk of returning your order back to us, please make sure that you use an appropriate postal method and retain proof of postage when you send your harness back to us, just in case your item goes missing before it reaches us.
To make an exchange we require your item to be in the same pristine condition as when it arrived with you. We understand that by trying it on your dog and adjusting it that it may get a little hairy, we are happy with this but if the item has been worn or is in a different condition to when it arrived it may not be possible to make a free exchange and charges might be incurred.
