Exchanging & Returning Items
We are happy to exchange your harness if it doesn’t fit, please contact us before returning your harness.
To assist you in finding the best possible fit with your Perfect Fit harness we have a video to help you fit and adjust your harness.

We do not charge additional postage/shipping to send out new pieces for you to try, but we do require you cover the cost of returning the unneeded items to us. You are responsible for the risk of returning your order back to us, please make sure that you use an appropriate postal method (signed for is the preference), and retain proof of postage when you send your harness back to us, just in case your item goes missing before it reaches us. If your return does go missing, you will be required to investigate with Royal Mail.
To make an exchange we require your item to be in the same pristine condition as when it arrived with you. We understand that by trying it on your dog and adjusting it that it may get a little hairy, we are happy with this but if the item has been worn or is in a different condition to when it arrived it may not be possible to make a free exchange and charges might be incurred.
If you wish to return a harness or lead for a refund, it needs to be within 30 days of recieving the harness. The harness needs to be just tried on the dog in the house, where you can check the fit is correct. The harness or lead needs to be in the same pristine resalable condition you recieved it in. A little dog hair is fine!
